General Shipping Guidelines

• Carrier: Most shipments are delivered via FedEx Ground.

• Transit Times: Refer to the map below for estimated FedEx Ground transit times (not guaranteed).

• Delivery Days: Business days only (Monday to Friday). No deliveries on weekends or holidays.

• Cut-Off Time for Orders: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) to ship the same day.

• Time-Specific Deliveries: Not available. (e.g., “after 2 PM” requests cannot be fulfilled.)

• Remote Areas: May take longer. Guaranteed shipping is not available to remote, RR, or PO Box addresses.

Free Shipping Eligibility

• Available on select gift baskets over $100 CAD, delivered within Canada.

• Shipping charges are per item.

• Remote addresses may incur additional fees (you will be contacted prior to shipment if this applies).

🍪 Fresh Baked Cookies (Tins) & Giant Cookies

• Order by 8:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri): Ships next business day.

• After 8:00 PM / Weekends / Holidays: Ships second business day.

• Transit Day 0: Shipping date is Day 0.

🍿 Fresh-Popped Popcorn

• Order by 12:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri): Ships next business day.

• After 12:00 PM / Weekends / Holidays: Ships second business day.

• Transit Day 0: Shipping date is Day 0.

Shipping Charges & Policies

• Each item is shipped in its own box — shipping charges apply per gift, even to the same address.

• Address Corrections made after order submission will result in a charge to your credit card.

FedEx Delivery Policy

• Delivery Times: Between 9 AM and 6 PM EST, Mon–Fri.

• No Time-Specific Delivery or phone calls for arrangements.

• Guaranteed Delivery only for Overnight or 3-Day Shipping.

  • Note: NOT guaranteed between Dec 19–Jan 6.

• Remote Locations may incur extra shipping time and costs.

• Weather Delays or other acts of God are not our responsibility.

Alcohol Delivery (Ontario Only)

• Licensed under the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

• Alcohol is only delivered to individuals of legal drinking age.

• A $15 delivery fee is included in the price of each alcohol-containing basket.

• Proof of age required if recipient appears under 25.

• Alcohol is not shipped to the USA.

• Alcohol is for personal consumption only.

Special Locations (Hospitals, Retirement Homes, Colleges, etc.)

• Not responsible for gifts delivered to receiving departments that do not forward them to recipients.

• We’ll assist with tracking if issues arise — feel free to contact us.

Non-Delivery / Re-Delivery

• Apartments & Businesses may require a signature.

• If the recipient is unavailable after 2 delivery attempts, the gift will:

  • Be returned to us or held at a pickup location.

  • A return fee will be charged.

  • A redelivery fee will apply.

• If we don’t hear from you within 2 weeks, the basket will be disposed of with no refund.

Incorrect Addresses & Redirect Fees

• If the address is incorrect, and the gift is returned:

  • We will contact you for a correction.

  • Reshipping costs will apply.

• Redirect while in transit: $16.50 + tax.

• Please ensure all addresses are accurate, including unit/buzzer numbers and recipient phone numbers.

Delivery Tracking

• If you provide a valid email, you’ll receive automated tracking updates from FedEx.

• We can also track your order for a $5 fee per item.
