🚚 Shipping & Delivery

šŸ“¦ Address Changes

Need to update a shipping address? Please email us immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, aĀ $16.50 handling fee + taxĀ will apply for changes.
āš ļøĀ Double-check your addresses!Ā If a gift is redirected due to incorrect or incomplete information (e.g. missing buzzer, wrong postal code, etc.), aĀ $15.95 redirection fee + taxĀ will be charged.


šŸ“¬Ā Delivery with FedEx

  • FedEx deliveries are madeĀ Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 6 PM (EST/EDT).

  • Time-specific delivery requests (e.g. ā€œby 1 PMā€) are not available.

  • FedEx doesĀ not call recipients—you’ll need to inform them directly.

  • We areĀ not responsibleĀ for delays caused by weather, emergencies, or force majeure events.

Important for: Hospitals, Colleges, Retirement Homes
If shipped to a facility, once the gift is accepted at a front desk or mailroom, our responsibility ends. We recommend delivering to the recipient’s home whenever possible.


šŸ“¦ Non-Delivery & Re-Delivery

  • If the recipient isn’t home, the gift may be left at the door (houses only).

  • Apartment/condo deliveries may require a signature—we recommend selecting ā€œIndirect Signatureā€Ā for these addresses.

  • If a gift is returned to us,Ā actual return shipping costsĀ will be charged, and re-delivery will incur additional fees.

  • If we don’t hear from you withinĀ 14 days, the gift will be discarded without refund.


āŒ Incorrect Address

If a gift is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be chargedĀ the full cost of return and re-shipping.

Provide a valid email during checkout, and you’ll receive:

  1. Confirmation when the gift ships

  2. Alerts if there’s a delivery issue

  3. A final delivery confirmation
    Want us to track it for you? We can do that forĀ $5 per item.

Used for PO Boxes, remote addresses (e.g. postal codes with ā€œ0ā€), and rural routes.

  • Delivery Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM EST/EDT

  • No time-specific deliveries or delivery calls

  • Remote areas may take longer or require extra fees (we’ll contact you if so)

  • We are not liable for delays due to weather or natural events

  • Returned items incurĀ actual return shipping feesĀ charged to your card

All claims must be submittedĀ within 5 business daysĀ of delivery—no exceptions.
We require written claims viaĀ email onlyĀ (no phone claims accepted).
Refunds or credits are atĀ XGift.Fun’s sole discretion and only processed if damage or issues are verified by the carrier.
āš ļø If an item is disposed of before verification,Ā no refund will be issued.


šŸ“­ Lost/Non-Delivered Items

We follow Canada Post and FedEx’s official process for lost items. Their investigation timelines apply.

  • Single ordersĀ canceled after building incur aĀ 20% restocking fee.

  • Bulk ordersĀ canceled after building incur aĀ 50% restocking fee.

  • Perishable items (cookies, fudge, popcorn) areĀ non-refundable.

  • Orders canceled after credit card processing incur aĀ $5 fee.

  • Returned items incurĀ actual return shipping costsĀ (standard courier policy).

  • Unauthorized returns areĀ not refundable.

  • Refunds are issuedĀ only after returned items are received in original condition.

  • Holiday gifts are final saleĀ unless damaged—shipping is also non-refundable.

U.S. Orders:
Due to customs and government regulations, all gifts shipped to the USA areĀ non-returnable and non-refundable.
