If you’re not thrilled with your order—whether it’s during the ordering, shipping,
or receiving process—we’re here to make it right. Just contact us promptly,
and we’ll do our best to fix the issue fast.
🛍️ Order Accuracy & Substitutions
We provide detailed descriptions, photos, and pricing for all gift boxes
and items so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Occasionally, due to weather or stock limitations,
we may make substitutions—but rest assured,
any substitute will be of equal or greater value.
❌ Cancellations & Restocking Fees

Single Orders canceled after they’ve been prepared will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Bulk or Multiple Orders canceled after being built will incur a 50% restocking fee.

Balloon Orders (once inflated) are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Perishable Items (like cookies, fudge, popcorn, etc.) are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
Please make sure someone is available to receive perishable gifts—XGIFT.FUN is not
responsible for damage caused by missed deliveries or spoilage.
📦 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days.
Keep both the damaged item and its packaging,
as these may be required for inspection or carrier claims.
We cannot replace or refund items if damage is reported after this period.
🔁 Returns & Refunds

Returns must be pre-approved by our team. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

Approved returns must be in original packaging and in good condition.

No refunds or replacements will be issued until we’ve received the returned item.

Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
📬 Missed Deliveries
If a delivery fails (e.g., no one available at an apartment or business) after 2 attempts, it will be returned to us.
Couriers charge us for returned items, and this fee will be billed to you.
We’ll contact you for further instructions. If we don’t hear back within 2 weeks,
the gift will be disposed of without refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Orders

All U.S.-bound gifts are non-returnable and non-refundable due to customs and regulations.

Holiday baskets are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged.

Orders canceled after payment processing are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee.
